Return/Exchange/Warranty
Return Policy
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review all product details and specifications carefully before completing your purchase. Our process includes a detailed quote that becomes part of the final contract, which outlines payment terms and other key details. After the contract is signed but before production begins, a final confirmation step allows you to review and approve all quoted items to ensure accuracy.
Shipping is handled separately and covered by the shipper’s insurance, either through a third-party carrier or directly with Tru Form. If your item arrives with shipping-related damage, please contact Tru Form within 30 days of delivery. Include a description and photos of the damage so we can assist in filing a claim through the shipping insurance or addressing the issue directly.
Warranty
Tru Form provides a 1-year warranty covering workmanship on our products. For issues related to third-party components, such as appliances, Tru Form can assist with initiating warranty claims; however, these claims are ultimately managed directly through the original manufacturer.
