COVID-19 Employee Safety Statement
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Tru Form Tiny remained committed to the health and safety of our team, clients, and community. We implemented enhanced employee safety protocols. These included daily sanitation, social distancing in our build facilities, and flexible scheduling. These measures helped to reduce contact.
Our goal was to continue delivering the high-quality, handcrafted tiny homes our clients expect, while prioritizing the wellbeing of everyone involved. Through these efforts, we ensured that our tiny home construction processes stayed both safe and efficient during unprecedented times.
We’re proud that our commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and integrity allowed us to maintain production while protecting our skilled builders and supporting the growing demand for tiny homes built in the USA.
At Tru Form Tiny, our hearts were heavy as the COVID-19 pandemic impacted communities across the nation. During this time, our priority remained clear: protecting our employees, clients, and partners while continuing to safely build the high-quality, handcrafted tiny homes our customers rely on.
We took immediate action to implement comprehensive safety protocols within our tiny home construction facility, including:
-
Limiting one employee per home during production
-
Maintaining a strict six-foot distance at all times
-
Requiring gloves, regular sanitization of tools, and disinfection before and after every shift
-
Supporting remote work and flexible scheduling where possible
-
Encouraging employees at higher risk to remain safely at home
To minimize risk, we temporarily paused public tours and onsite meetings, instead offering virtual tours, video updates, FaceTime calls, and Zoom consultations so clients could stay connected to their builds from anywhere.
We continued to closely follow all CDC, state, and local health guidelines, educating our team as new information became available. While production slowed, our dedication to craftsmanship, safety, and communication never wavered.
Tru Form Tiny remains proud of how our team came together during this time—balancing responsibility and resilience while continuing to deliver beautiful, custom tiny homes built in the USA.
