What If I Have Ideas That Aren’t Listed?
We expect that you might. The builder includes many of the most common Kootenay selections, but custom requests are a big part of what we do. Use the comments section at the end to tell us about different finishes, storage ideas, specialty appliances, layout preferences, or inspiration you would like us to consider. We can use those notes to shape the home around your specific goals.
What Happens Once I Send My Selections?
After your Kootenay Builder is submitted, our team will review both your selections and your comments. We’ll use that information to identify the major design choices, clarify any custom requests, and prepare a more detailed quote. From there, we can help refine the scope and develop a Kootenay that feels distinctly yours rather than simply choosing from a preset package.
