This Urban Kootenay was custom-built for a client in Colorado. This under-400-square-foot home features custom-built furniture, including a couch with storage drawers, a dining nook, and a movable marine telescoping table. The galley-style kitchen boasts wood butcher block countertops, a farmhouse-style apron sink, a compact dishwasher, and a four-top gas range. With a versatile main floor, including a bedroom turned kids’ playroom, and a modern soaking tub in the bathroom, this tiny home offers comfort and functionality in every detail.
28ft Urban Kootenay
A custom-designed Urban Kootenay for a couple of artist out of Oregon. This unit features a bump-out storage couch, butcher block countertops, acacia hardwood flooring, tiled backsplashes, sleeping and storage lofts, a peninsula-style kitchen island, and an enclosed fully tiled shower. Experience luxury living in a compact space, filled with color!
