SOLD! TERRA URBAN 2025 ✨
This stunning design by Malia took off in 2025, and another Terra Urban inventory model is officially sold! We love seeing your tiny-home visions align with ours—simple, beautiful small spaces that never sacrifice comfort or beauty. We’re thrilled for this new tiny homeowner to take this Terra Urban and make it truly their own. Congrats to the new owners! 🎉
Even better, this model will soon be available as an Airbnb close to us, so anyone curious about the design can stay in it and then visit our facility. It’s not up and running just yet—stay tuned for more! We can’t wait to walk people through what we’ve all worked so hard to build together.

CAN TINY HOMES REALLY HOLD UP IN COLD WEATHER?
