At Tru Form, we believe small spaces shouldn’t have to sacrifice so much. URBAN PARK MAX: LINKED ✨

Meet the tiny home that all but redefined “small” living. In 2025, we revealed one of our most ambitious builds yet: A fully custom Urban Park Max designed for real family living. By linking two Urban Park Max units, this 880-square-foot tiny home features five bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and…. even a dedicated kids’ wing.
Built to be a family-friendly haven, our designer was able to connect two Urban Park Max tiny homes by way of a stunning indoor-outdoor sunroom. The main unit features an airy living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a tri-fold door, and a fully custom kitchen complete with functional butcher block countertops and a multi-use island.
The second unit was built just for the children, with two spacious bedrooms, built-in desks, a lofted play area, and a full bathroom featuring a soaking tub and custom vanity. With its own entrance and dedicated laundry area, this wing gives kids autonomy while keeping the family connected through the light-filled sunroom. Wrapped in warm tight-knot cedar and finished with Tru Form’s signature craftsmanship, this home shows what’s possible when tiny living meets family-friendly design.
OUR FIRST GOOSENECK: CUSTOM BUILD WITH ROOFTOP DECK

Built for a Louisville couple, this custom 34-foot tiny is wrapped in Iron Ore Tricoya paneling and accented with richly stained tight-knot cedar. The resulting look? A design that feels both grounded and adventurous. Charcoal standing-seam roofing, matte black doors and hardware, and Low-E windows complete a modern, moody exterior that radiates warmth. Every finish, from the LED-lit entry alcove to the handcrafted steel firewood ledge, hints at the story of a couple ready to roam, create, and settle exactly where life leads them. ⛰️✨
Inside, the home is elevated by thoughtful architectural details. A raised pony-wall kitchen hides 20 inches of under-floor storage, complete with custom locking doors and a steel slide-out drawer for adventure gear. Multiple lofts, including a sleeping loft with steel wall rungs and a hand-railed ascent, create secret hideaways. Flexible living zones, all illuminated by dual venting skylight roof hatches, are perfect for stargazing from the rooftop deck. The bump-out office nook, storage stairs, maple accents, and reclaimed-wood touches bring together whimsy and practicality in a way only a handcrafted tiny home can.

Featured in Yanko Design in 2025, our Terra Urban helped create a smarter alternative for temporary housing for a California family. With high design and a fast turnaround, this spec model offers families a comfortable and beautiful alternative to costly hotel stays or stressful displacement.
This past summer, the Terra Urban model was designed amidst the California wildfires. One of our first builds debuted at the Pacific Coast Builders Conference, and then was personally delivered by Jen to a family in Napa, California seeking short-term housing while their main residence underwent repair.
Terra Urban’s clever use of space — most notably its motorized ceiling bed — transforms the cozy bedroom into a luxe living space at the touch of a button. Paired with oversized angled windows, and a floor-to-ceiling fireplace, the space feels more like a modern boutique suite than a travel trailer.
Today, the Terra Urban isn’t just a one‑off spec build. It’s officially part of the Tru Form Tiny signature build‑to‑order models. Thanks to an ingenious elevator bed upgrade, a standing loft, and modern design, Terra Urban comfortably sleeps four — beautifully.

CASCADE MAX: A TINY HOME IN THE WILD 🌲

At 36 feet long, this Cascade Max was built for everyday comfort and durability. Bright, Snowbound White siding are met with black trimmed windows and Tru Form’s signature cedar accents. The full-light French doors take in tons of natural light, and the craftsman-style awning helps define the main entry.
