Tru Form Tiny is looking for an experienced Sales Associate/Manager! Tiny Homes are popular, and Tru Form has positioned itself as a leader in quality and inspired design. We need someone excited about this new booming industry, and our product. Our pipeline is automated, strong, and reliable. We are the only company offering a variety of loans, including Mortgages on Tiny Homes.  We are revolutionizing the industry. High skill and a proven sales record are required for this position. Some background in residential building sales, manufactured home sales, RV sales, or Tiny home sales is celebrated.   • Evaluate prospects and manage pipelines through CRM. 

  • Possess in-depth product knowledge 

  • Guide individuals through our purchasing process, from answering product questions, connecting them with in-house designers, and collecting signatures on various contracts.

  • Manage deliverables deadline schedules, to keep sales on time, and to meet build-start requirements. Some management experience is celebrated.

  • Research and understand industry to assist with marketing strategies.

  • Meet or exceed sales quotas.

  • Be willing to be filmed for television shows and other media.

  • Must be able to travel for trade shows and other events. 



  • Lives in Eugene Oregon, or adjacent

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent. 

  • At least 5 years of previous sales experience. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to travel.
